Study aims to settle debate (May 20): Dear Sir/Madam, On the subject of consciousness, i.e.being aware of one’s own existence, of course everyone is aware of their own existence as being unique (although I have met people who claim not to be aware of their own existence!). However, I can only describe my own consciousness as being uniquely unique. If anyone is interested in trying to understand what I mean, please get in touch.
